We are offering a two month rental

• The Rental Period Starts September 1, 2024
• The Rental Period ends October 30, 2024.
• Their are two Rooms for Rent in a Trailer in the Spring Creek Trailer Park.
• It is a 3 bedroom trailer.
  • There is one of the smaller rooms, the middle room for $900.
  • There is also the Master Bedroom at the end for $1150.
• There is one other current tenant.
• There in one full bathroom that all tenants share.
• There is a full kitchen and living area that you all share, as well as Laundry Facilities.
• There is a hot tub, yard, and BBQ.
• There is parking in the Trailer Park parking area.
• The rent included all utilities and Internet
• There is a damage deposit of $500
