I, Logan Zenert, hereby authorize Jack Zenert to act on my behalf in all matters related to my current tenancy, including but not limited to communications, negotiations, dispute resolution, and any legal or administrative matters concerning my landlord and the rental property I am currently living in.

This authorization grants Jack Zenert full permission to represent my interests, discuss relevant issues with my landlord or any involved parties, and take necessary actions to resolve any disputes or concerns regarding my tenancy.

I affirm that this authorization is granted voluntarily and remains in effect until revoked in writing by me.
